This part should be stress free for you and enjoyed by yourself and your closest to you.
We recommend only bringing a few people with you – too many people means too many opinions!
Your mum, as she knows you best! (Although will think everything looks beautiful!)
Your grandmother as this will be her proudest moment. Your sister(s) and your closest friends as they will be honest with you and help you whittle it down.
Here at Lori G we recommend starting your search 12 – 18 months before your big day. This way you have plenty time to do some research, try on different styles and compare different fabrics.
Ideally you should be ordering 9 – 12 months prior to your big day. The designer Gowns we stock take approximately 5 – 6 months for delivery & a minimum of 6 months for the couture collections.
Every Wedding Dress is made to order with your name on it!
We like to start any alterations 8 – 12 weeks before your Wedding Day. Any alterations will be taken care of in the studio with our amazingly talented alteration ladies.

We pride ourselves on aftercare. Aftercare is much more important to us than the initial sale and we are confident that all of our past and present brides would vouch for that.
