It’s been a bit or a whirlwind this past week at Lori G
Last Wednesday we headed to Birmingham for The English Wedding Awards 2018
We met some amazing suppliers from all around the South of England and it was clear to see there was some real Competition!
From Photographers to Wedding Coordinators, Event Decor, Bridal Hair & Make up Artists to Wedding Boutique’s
We had an amazing Three Course Meal and had a good catch up with the girls from Alla Moda and Helen from Honey Suckle & Castle.. Congratulations to Helen who also Won!
To just be nominated by our Brides and shortlisted was fantastic in itself!
When our category was up we were so nervous, so you can imagine our shock when we heard our name announced for Regional Winner!
Legs shaking we headed for the stage!
Once all the Region Winners were announced and we could see what Amazing shops we were up against through out the country including London we really did not expect anything else, we were so happy to just receive Regional!
Then they announced that we had Won
‘Boutique of The Year 2018 for the South of England’
Well we were in total shock, Sandra nearly fell over!
We accepted our Award and thanked everyone, then headed straight our for photos and to FaceTime Lorraine who sadly couldn’t be there on the night, We really had a Fabulous evening!
We have since been on BBC Derby Radio Live from Lori G with Heidi and Hannah and will also be featured in the Derby Telegraph!!
